This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile application (the “Application”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application, which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Application depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:
Personal Data
We require your name, email address and phone number to sign up for an account. Optionally, you may choose to save your current address so that we can deliver your orders.
Derivative Data
Information we collect when you access the Application, such as your native actions that are integral to the Application, including your favorite items and your orders, as well as backend information such as the Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token attached to your mobile device and the unique identification string (uid) attached to your account.
Financial Data
Currently, no financial data is collected since we only do face-to-face payments when you get your order, either by pickup or delivery.
3. Use of Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:
Create and manage your account.
Contact you regarding your account or order.
Fulfill and manage orders and other transactions related to the Application.
Deliver targeted advertising, coupons, newsletters, and other information regarding promotions and the Application to you.
Generate a personal profile about you to make future visits to the Application more personalized.
Increase the efficiency and operation of the Application.
Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Application.
Notify you of updates to the Application.
Offer new products, services, and/or recommendations to you.
Request feedback about your use of the Application.
Resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems.

SMS Verification
You should receive an SMS message for verification when signing up for an account, or when you decide to login after you have logged out, or when updating your phone number, or when deleting your account. Standard rates may apply.
Push Notifications
We push notifications to you when your order is either ready for pickup or out for delivery so that you know your order status without visiting the Application. We also send you another notification when your order is completed. Sometimes, we may engage you with promotions and coupons through notifications. You are free to contact us in case you do not want these to be pushed to your device.

Interactions with Us
If you order with us, you are automatically sharing with us your name and phone number. This information will appear in our administrator dashboard so that we can better serve you. In addition, if you choose to get your order delivered, then you are entitled to share your current address.
5. Security of Your Information
We use Firebase, a modern platform backed by Google and trusted by top apps. We take administrative and technical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.
6. Options Regarding Your Information
Account Information
You may at any time review or change the information in your account or terminate your account by:
Logging into the Application and updating your account profile and/or settings.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms & Conditions and/or comply with legal requirements.

We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other sites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the Application.
8. Policy for Children
